Southern Turnkey Web Design is a trade name of Pat Saxman Consulting, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through southernturnkeyweb.com and our preview sites, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Details you send through our contact form or by email: your name, business name, email, phone number and message.
- Basic, anonymous usage information from our hosting provider, such as page views and browser type.
Preview sites
Preview sites we build for businesses use only information the business has already made public, such as its name, address, hours and services. Previews are hidden from search engines and removed within 30 days unless the business asks us to keep them. To have a preview removed sooner, email us and we will take it down the same day.
How we use your information
We use it to reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver services you buy, and send occasional updates about your account. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we use to run the business, such as our web host, form provider, email provider and payment processor, and only as needed to provide our services or when required by law.
Every marketing email we send includes our business address and a way to opt out. We honor opt-out requests promptly.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@southernturnkeyweb.com.
