Southern Turnkey is a family owned business run by Pat Saxman. Pat started his career as a military pilot and went on to lead revenue teams at successful technology companies for the past 20 years. He started Southern Turnkey out of his passion for local businesses and because too many good local businesses are losing customers to an outdated website, or to having none at all.
We use modern tools, including AI, to build sites quickly and keep prices fair. A person designs, checks and launches every site.

Straight answers
Do I have to buy the preview you made?
No. The preview is our way of showing you what's possible. If it isn't a fit, ignore it or ask us to take it down. Either way, it's removed within 30 days.
Who owns the website?
You do, once it's paid for. Your domain is registered in your name. If you ever leave our care plan, we'll hand over everything you need to host it elsewhere.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. We can rebuild it on a modern, mobile-friendly design and move it to your existing domain without losing your address.
What do you need from me?
A yes, your logo if you have one, a few photos of your work or storefront, and any changes to the wording. We handle the rest, including connecting your domain.
Do I need the care plan?
No, but most owners want one. Websites need hosting, security updates and the occasional change. The care plan covers all of that for a flat monthly price.
What does local marketing actually do?
